How long does it take?

Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes during the year, we are especially busy.  We shall get your custom-made artwork to you in 3 to 4 days. For poster prints, if you're in the US or Canada you should get your order in under 10 days.  In other countries around the world anywhere from 10 - 20 days.

What currency are Tailor Made Portrait prices?

All prices in our store are denominated in USD.  Although you can set certain currencies on the right-hand corner.

 

How is the portrait sent?

Digital Artwork is sent by email but Poster Print & Framed will be delivered to you.  If you need your order quicker, we recommend ordering digital so you will receive it in 3-4 days.  This way you can go to your local print shop and get it printed immediately.

 

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our artists have been handpicked and are the very best at what they do, however, sometimes working from a photo it is possible to miss the essence of your pet.  We are always happy to make revisions until you’re 100% happy with your portrait.

 

 

What quality should the photo I send to you be?

The better quality of the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration.  If your photos aren’t clear enough it’s no problem.  We will shoot you an email to let you know.

  

I have multiple pets I want in my portrait.

For a normal pet portrait, you’re able to have 1-3 pets.  If you want more just shoot us an email.  When it comes to the star map/pet portrait we recommend only one.  This is to ensure your star map doesn’t get covered up.

 

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.
